Former home to Afghan cameleers, tough outback explorers and flying doctors, Alice Springs has everything in abundance to offer to its tourists. The town is snuggled among the MacDonnell ranges and if you head towards the west of Alice, you will encounter Standley Chasm, Simpson’s Gap and the Finke Gorge National Park. On the east, you will come across Trephina Gorge Nature Park, Emily Gap, Ruby Gap Nature Park, Arltunga Historic Reserve and N’Dhala Gorge.

Alice Springs is a world in itself - it is a town with wide streets dotted with lush eucalyptus trees. The strong artistic and cultural tradition of this city complements its natural beauty. Beside Todd Mall, art galleries exhibit and even sell, Aboriginal masterpieces created by local artists, including the renowned Albert Namatjira, Rex Batterbee, Namatjira’s mentor.
